Lucas has been coaching individuals and couples for 13 years. He specializes in what he calls “parts work” which is based on the non-pathologizing framework of Internal Family Systems. His unique approach helps couples identify and work through specific parts of their psyche that are stuck in a harmful pattern through efficient interventions.
