Kevin is passionate about guiding individuals toward healing and hope by helping them break free from self-limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve them. He considers himself a “hope dispenser,” meeting people wherever they are on their healing journey.
Kevin utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Processing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
Outside of his work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two young adult children, exploring the outdoors, trying new restaurants, listening to podcasts and Audible books, and tinkering around on YouTube
