Katie has been practicing as a mental health professional for 21 years, mostly in private practice. Her approach involves using different strategies that meet the unique individual needs of the client, whether that means using a more direct or empathetic style, or a combination of both. She believes that individual and relationship growth lead to empowerment and fulfillment.
Katie lives in the Northeast United States with her family and enjoys reading, yoga, and running.
