What to Expect During Your Couples Intensive
Our clinicians will facilitate a safe environment for you to share openly about your feelings and needs, without the criticism and judgement that has caused you to shut down in the past. We will help you to understand the underlying patterns that are keeping you stuck in a destructive cycle.
You can expect to feel challenged, but in good ways that cause you to evaluate what you do and why. We will help you break the cycle of conflict and distrust and learn to work collaboratively as a couple to build something new.
