Women’s Core – New Group Starting

October 4 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm PDT

A 14-week program where you will learn skills to better manage your emotions, deal with stress and handle conflict.  Meetings are held via weekly video calls with a licensed therapist in a small group setting.

You will learn to:

  • Recognize your triggers and stop self-destructive behaviors
  • Respond to stress and conflict with clarity, confidence and resilience
  • Set healthy boundaries
  • Break free of co-dependency
  • Communicate your feelings and needs assertively
  • Recognize thought traps and practice self-acceptance and self-love
  • Prioritize and practice self-care
