Moving Beyond Anger – Group Begins

This 8-week course is a powerful first step to understanding your anger and seeing that you have power and control over your thinking and emotions. You can change! You’ll also reap the benefits of learning these new concepts as part of a group, where you can share your own story of challenge and growth, and help to raise one another up and keep each other accountable. You will meet in a video conference call for 2 hours each week for 8 weeks.

What’s in this Program:

  • Learn what anger looks like, both physically and intellectually
  • Discover the difference between healthy and unhealthy anger
  • Understand your programming and how you became the way you are
  • Gain tools to change unhealthy patterns
  • Explore biological practices that slow down the nervous system
  • Learn to apply intellectual practices that allow for the brain and thinking to change
