If you’ve completed The Core program or a Personal Intensive, you’ve reached a major milestone in your healing journey. You’ve gained a new level of insight into your behaviors and learned new skills to replace unhealthy patterns. Now, it’s time to step it up and take it to the next level with The Advanced Core group for men.   

The Advanced Core is for men who want to build on the foundational skills learned in The Core. You will master advanced skills that will serve you in all areas of your life, not just your relationships—skills such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Our methods are based on the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy model, which is the most effective therapeutic intervention for affecting behavioral changes and treating narcissistic behaviors.   

This is an exclusive opportunity to work with Dr. David Hawkins, who will facilitate the Advanced Core Group. Groups are limited to 7 men who will meet weekly via a 2-hour video call for 14 weeks. Participants must have completed The Core program or a Personal Intensive prior to registering for this program.
